Our client is a well-funded technology company with a globally distributed team of architects and developers. They are currently scaling a key client-facing project and are looking for a reliable, execution-focused engineer to join their collaborative team.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our client's team for a long-term, full-time engagement. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a client-facing web and mobile application, working with a modern and exciting tech stack.
This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with a mix of onshore and offshore developers, contributing to the initial build, ongoing maintenance, and future scaling of a key project. The ideal candidate is a responsive and consistent performer who thrives on execution and delivery in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development: Build, maintain, and enhance a client-facing application using React Native, TypeScript, Next.js, and Nest.js for backend APIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the existing team of architects and developers, integrating into the existing architecture and following project requirements.
Project Lifecycle Contribution: Actively participate in all phases of the project, from the initial build and maintenance to piloting and scaling as the application evolves.
Code Quality: Deliver clean, efficient, and well-documented code while participating in a collaborative, remote-first workflow.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Strong, proven proficiency in React Native, TypeScript, and Next.js.
Solid full-stack development experience, with the ability to work on both front-end and back-end APIs using Nest.js.
A strong focus on execution and timely delivery, with the ability to integrate into an existing team and architecture without needing to be overly "opinionated."
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, remote team across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
Based in the Philippines, as this aligns well with the existing team structure. (We are open to strong candidates from other regions).
Prior experience working in a globally distributed development team.
