Our client is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Senior).

Product / Team Context:
The objective of this product is to offer transparency and administration capabilities for stock and fleet vehicles until they are sold. The workflow engine enhances transparency, the visibility of processes and actors, and facilitates the automation and orchestration of process flows.
Qualifications & Experience

• Work experience, diploma/degree in business or IT environment required.

Essential Skills & Technologies

• Angular v18+, Java 21+, Quarkus v3+, Maven, Junit, Mockito, Kafka
• NoSQL (MongoDB), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud, Git
• Experience with microservice architecture and RESTful APIs

Advantageous Skills

• Terraform, Playwright, CI/CD practices
• Git workflows, Hexagonal architecture, Grafana
• Security best practices, familiarity with design systems (Figma)
• Agile methodologies, JIRA/Confluence

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis
• Development and maintenance on platform/application
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best
• practices.
• Testing and defect resolution
• Involvement and support in Deployment process
• Provide third-level support for production incidents, when required
• Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements
• Preparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards)
• Review and present proposed system solution to IT Product Owner / Leader / System owner
• Agile Methodologies: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning,
• retrospectives) to contribute to team dynamics and project progress.
• Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required

• Preferable certifications: AWS Certified Data Engineer, AWS Certified Developer Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics, AWS Certified Architect Associate, AWS Certified Architect Professional, Hashicorp Certified Terraform Associate

Essential Skills & Technologies

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and workflows using AWS services, including Python coding and
• data ingestion (ETL, Spark) from various data sources including APIs, Databases, Files, Streams
• Utilize Amazon Quicksight for data visualization, reporting, and interpretation to support business decisionmaking.
• Develop compelling and insightful dashboards that tell a clear story from complex data to support business
• decisions and drive actionable insights.
• Support exploratory data analysis and provide insights to drive business objectives.
• Strong experience with AWS services including but not limited to S3, Glue, Athena, RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB,
• EC2, VPC, Step Functions, and other related services.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyse business requirements,
• including the underlying business context and translate business requirements into well-defined technical
• specifications.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and
• the ability to engage effectively in a multicultural business environment..
• Experience in defining acceptance criteria and managing scope for technical deliverables.
• Adaptability to perform additional tasks under the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Advantageous Skills

• Front end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular/React)
• Problem-solving and adaptability in Agile workflows
• Strong interest in AI and LLM-based applications
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Define project scope and align business and technical teams.
• Design data pipelines, propose data and dashboard solutions, and support development cycles.
• Be able to facilitate collaboration between business and the Fit4Cloud team
• Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient software/Custom solutions.
• Build, deploy, and scale cloud applications using AWS with a focus on performance and security.
• Document system designs and key technical details.
• Resolve operational issues and support new use case onboarding.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project goals.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Take ownership and deliver impactful, meaningful solutions.
