We are excited to present an opportunity for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our client's dynamic team. As a thought leader in the human performance improvement industry, our client is at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions to enhance business performance. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding product goals, designing and implementing enterprise and business architecture, developing critical components of the overall solution, and much more.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, to clarify and define requirements
- Design, code, test, and document new and amended software components using agreed standards and tools
- Assist with task allocation, coaching, and mentoring less experienced developers
- Analyze business processes to identify potential alternative and new approaches
- Act as a point of contact for technical issues and ensure documentation is created and service levels are monitored
- Ensure solution development projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
- Relevant coding bootcamp or MOOC certifications in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and AWS
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Analytical queries, JQuery, Bootstrap, and PHP
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar position, with progressive career development
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and clients
- DevOps experience
- Experience in a complex business environment with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
- Knowledge of regulatory, risk, and compliance environment and requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Active interest in new technology and emerging engineering practices
