Qualifications:
- Matric
- BSc Computer Science or similar tertiary qualification
- 3+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in C#
- HTML
- JavaScript
- CSS
- WPF and WCF
- Microsoft Certification
- StackOverflow, GitHub and Bitbucket public account
- Performing functional requirements
- Client budget (providing choices and highlighting trade-offs)
- Investigating and resolving technical challenges
- Code reviews
- Establishing and maintaining an enabling set of technical standards
- Establishing the development delivery processes
- Facilitating the appropriate mentoring the juniors and team members
- Participating in performance and recruitment processes for technical resources as well as PR and marketing activities with relevant writing
- Pre-sales design and project proposals
