Hiring an Intermediate Software Developer to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing a flagship electronic practice management platform. You'll work across both the front-end and back-end, helping to shape new functionality while ensuring that the system remains robust, efficient, and innovative.
You'll collaborate closely with other Developers, Testers, and business stakeholders to ensure that our product continues to deliver an exceptional user experience to thousands of professionals nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, support, and enhance both the user-facing and server-side components of our core practice management system.
• Design and implement new features and improvements using technologies such as Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, C#, and MSSQL (including stored procedures).
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues--driving root cause analysis and ensuring production stability.
• Refactor and optimize existing code to align with modern software design principles and internal standards.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience within the Microsoft tech stack.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .Net Core, and Angular (10+) and Angular.js (there are some legacy components).
• Solid experience with Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MSSQL (queries and stored procedures).
• Exposure to Xamarin or MAUI will be a strong advantage.
• Stable career history -- no job hoppers or contract-only backgrounds.
