We are seeking a highly skilled and confident

Full Spa Therapist

to join our luxury spa team. This is a full-time role offering a competitive package including base salary, travel allowance, and commission on treatments and retail sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, delivers exceptional client experiences, and maintains the highest standards of professionalism and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Treatments:

Perform a comprehensive range of spa and beauty treatments, including: Facials, including advanced aesthetic treatments and electrical therapies Massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, or other specialty techniques) Manicures and pedicures, including Gellish application Waxing for all areas Body treatments, scrubs, and wraps as required

Client Care & Consultation:

Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, advise on treatments, and manage expectations Maintain client records and treatment plans accurately Ensure a personalised and memorable client experience for every guest

Retail & Sales:

Promote and sell spa retail products effectively, based on client needs Encourage and manage client re-bookings

Hygiene & Maintenance:

Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in line with hygiene and safety standards Monitor and manage stock levels of treatment products and retail items

Professional Development:

Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in spa and wellness Attend training sessions as required

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other therapists, front desk staff, and management to ensure smooth operations Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, professional team environment

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional spa environment Qualified in

Somatology, Aesthetics, and Electrical Treatments

Proven track record in delivering high-quality spa treatments and client care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident in retail sales and promoting spa treatments Professional presentation and a polished, well-groomed appearance Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required
