Job Summary Job Title Manager; Filling Station Location Roadside, Vrede, Free State Overseeing the daily operations- and ensuring smooth service and profitability of the Sasol filling station, the OK Express convenience store, and Spur restaurant. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling inventory, maintaining safety and compliance, and providing excellent customer service. Job Specifications o Grade 12 o Training / qualification in relevant field(s) preferred o At least 5 years' proven successful experience in a similar role. o Proficiency in the use the relevant POS systems advantageous. o Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team. o Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. o Effective communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors. o Ability to resolve issues and handle challenging situations. o Ability to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure. o Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and other daily operations. o Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and inventory management. o Safety Management: Developing, maintaining, and enforcing of safety procedures and regulations.
