Job Purpose:

Qualification of Systems, Utilities, Facilities and Equipment. Compilation and review (including control) of validation documentation. Compliance to Validation Master Plans and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to:

Senior Validation Coordinator

Key Job Outputs:

Ensure compliance to cGMP and site quality management systems. Ensure validation compliance for the facility, utilities, equipment, instruments, and processes. Adhere to Validation Master plans / schedules. Prepare and review URS, FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ protocols and reports. Perform validation and qualification studies on all major site equipment, utilities, facilities and site projects. Training on validation SOPs. Coordinate all validation and qualification activities (internal and with external contractors) Participation in internal and external audits. Assist in implementation of validation and qualification policies. Facilitation and participation of facility qualification activities. Perform investigations for failures of validation and qualification studies. Control of all monitoring and measuring devices used for validation and qualification studies Adhere to the following procedures. a.CAPA's

b.Change Controls



c. Deviations


Adhere to the MHRA, FDA GxP Data Integrity guidelines. Issuance and Control of Validation documents. Maintain and update filling processes for validation department Control and update validation programs and schedules, including training plans. Ensure validation documents are per-approved and post approved.
