Purpose of Job



To ensure accurate and timely auditing of staff expense claims, enabling efficient invoicing, reporting, and compliance with internal policies.


Key Responsibilities



Expense Processing & Auditing

:



Audit and process all staff expense claims promptly and accurately. Process local and foreign cash advances. Generate and process Expense Reimbursement Bank files. Monitor and report on staff mileage claims in line with territory rates. Produce and manage the Audit Expense Report. Provide Oracle expense sheet reports to Leads and Payroll upon request.

Accounts Payable & Reconciliation



Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records. Reconcile invoices to supplier statements to ensure timely and correct cost postings. Match invoices, statements, and purchase orders; verify pricing and quantities. Ensure invoices captured on Oracle are matched to supplier statements and attached to reconciliations. Process forex reconciliations.

Compliance & Policy Enforcement



Enforce and maintain expense-related policies and procedures, including travel policies across Africa. Ensure compliance with SLA timelines for query resolution and task completion.

Collaboration & Communication



Liaise with PwC staff, clients, and internal teams (Supplier Management, Order Management, Accounts Payable) to resolve queries and obtain documentation Collaborate with the P2P team across workstreams. Provide ongoing support to team leads and managers on various tasks and projects.

System & Process Support



Assist with system implementations and improvements as an operational user. Attend to and resolve daily tasks assigned via ServiceNow, ensuring timely closure and backlog management. Support the contractor process as needed.

Knowledge, skills and abilities Knowledge of P2P procedures. Proficiency with financial software systems (knowledge or previous experience of Oracle). Sound computer literacy skills, including advanced MS Office skills. Communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team .

Qualification & Experience



Requirements



Minimum of 3 years' experience required . Minimum of first degree in Business Administration or related field . Experience working in a Shared Service environment is advantageous
