Job Description


Responsibilities:

As part of the Financing & Securities Services (FSS) Global Content and Proposal Management Team, the Proposals & DDQ Manager is responsible for managing Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring we deliver each response with the highest quality standards in line with best practices and in conjunction with key stakeholders.

The role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to project manage multiple parties involved in providing responses to a DDQ and RFP. Custody/securities services experience is recommended but not essential, the content you manage in this role will give you an excellent view of all operational aspects of the business and the strategy and roadmap we are working on. Prior experience working on proposals/sales enablement or written content is also preferred.

You will:

  • Partner with Sales, Business Account Managers, Product teams and other subject matter experts to drive and deliver responses to Due Diligence Questionnaires and RFPs, across Investors and Banks and Broker Dealers (BBD) for the Financing & Securities services products.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business for the Proposals Management Team in the Africa and Middle East region.
  • Use the proposal management best practice framework, project manage all teams within the proposals project xe2x80x93 across geographies and time zones xe2x80x93 to ensure the clientxe2x80x99s deadline is met, while maintaining the highest quality output.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts across corporate and business functions xe2x80x93 both globally and in-country xe2x80x93 to produce accurate responses for the client, clearly articulating financing & securities services solutions in a consistent and client centric manner.
  • Maintain and update proposal statistics and reporting and analysis.
Business:
  • Provides MIS on the book of work of the proposals team.
Processes:
  • Periodically reviews process to ensure optimal efficiency and proposes on-going process improvements based on experience.
Governance:
  • Reviews and updates operating model and processes for DDQ team.

Qualifications:
  • University Graduate in Business/Banking/Finance
  • Strong experience in Proposal, RFP, or Bid Management
  • Experience in Custody/Securities Services in Sales/Relationship Management, Client Services, Implementation, Proposals/RFP or Operations.
Role Specific Technical Competencies:
  • Writing and communication experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects and confident working with other stakeholders across geographical regions.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Intermediate experience in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
