Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Management (40%)
Build, grow, and manage relationships with large accredited FSPs across all regions.
Act as the primary liaison between PPS and external FSP stakeholders.
Support the achievement of gross and net sales targets for all product lines.
Ensure vertical integration of LISP products into in-house portfolios.
Manage FSP agreements and ensure compliance with regional and regulatory requirements.
2. New Business Development & Integration (30%)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Life and LISP Investment products.
Design and implement strategies for corporate stakeholders and integrate these into regional sales plans.
Collaborate with Area Managers, Broker Consultants, and Investment Specialists to support business growth.
Drive training and accreditation processes for FSPs to ensure readiness and alignment.
3. ICON/Interplan Relationship Oversight (10%)
Oversee and manage the ICON/Interplan relationship, ensuring smooth operations and strategic alignment.
4. Industry Engagement (10%)
Represent PPS at industry and FSP events, conferences, and forums.
Deliver presentations and contribute to thought leadership in the financial services space.
Enrol commitment and buy-in from stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
5. Internal Collaboration & Enablement (10%)
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to optimise servicing and operational support.
Ensure that results are achieved through people and measured production.
Provide input into strategic planning and performance reporting.
