Knowledge of citrus quality and horticulture, including post-harvest disorders development and prevention.xc3x82
Thorough knowledge of PPECB export standards and packing specifications communicating client expectation.xc3x82
Knowledge of Supply chain and Cold chain management and impact of the export handling chain on fruit quality.xc3x82
Understanding the economics of claims management when arrivals do not meet client quality expectations.xc3x82
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook), willingness to explore new technology tools (likexc3x82
AI) and familiarity with Dipar or similar QC platforms.xc3x82
A keen eye to detail to identify issues and to prevent quality, labelling and handling protocol mistakes.xc3x82
Good people skills to connect with packhouse management. xc3x82

Minimum of 3 years of experience in perishables export quality xc3xa2xc2x80xc2x93 citrus.xc3x82
Previous exposure as exporter representative travelling between packing facilities and depots.
