The position is located at a telecommunications company that has been around for years, having won multiple awards in a very competitive market. The Developer position would be working in a diverse and high tempo environment with a team that needs a person with a high work ethic, the ability to perform under pressure and have the ability to think outside the box. Also, duties include creating and optimize website front-ends using the latest available technologies. Monitor and Optimize page load speed / size. Create standards and best practices for the client facing web interface.
Education:
- BSC Computer Science, BTech, BEng and any other IT related tertiary level qualifications.
- Grade 12 (Standard 10) with University Entrance (NQF4).
- At least 5 years of web front-end development experience using modern web technologies (HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript)
- Angular 10+ years' experience
- AWS/Azure
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Communication (Written/Verbal)
