Job Description
Seeking a Front-End Engineer with strong React or Angular experience, who has hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM powered features into web applications. The ideal candidate combines excellent UI engineering skills with the ability to work with modern AI frameworks, APIs and prompt engineering techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-performance web applications using React or Angular.
- Build clean, semantic HTML5 and responsive CSS3 interfaces using Flexbox, Grid, and mobile-first practices.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities, including chatbots, summarisation, document understanding, and AI-driven UI flows.
- Collaborate with AI/ML and back-end teams to consume LLM APIs through REST or GraphQL.
- Create intelligent user experiences, such as autocomplete, conversational interfaces, and AI-powered suggestions.
- Convert wireframes and prototypes into production-ready front-end applications.
- Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
- Develop reusable components and uphold code quality through reviews and testing.
- Stay up to date with modern front-end technologies, AI-enhanced UI patterns, and emerging frameworks.
- 3-5 years' experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Angular or React
- AI experience
