An authentic game reserve would like to add a RECEPTIONIST / RESERVATIONIST to their team
A premier destination dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences, is seeking a Receptionist / Reservationist to be the warm and welcoming face of our establishment. If you enjoy working in a vibrant environment, delivering exceptional service, and helping guests create lasting memories, we would love to hear from you.
Candidate Requirements:
- Grade 12
- At least 3 years' experience working in a similar position
- Should be proficient in MS Office, Excel and Outlook
- A valid RSA ID is required
- Proven track record within a luxury hotel/lodge environment
- Experience with Apex/Plus Point would be an advantage
- Must have strong admin skills
- Should have excellent customer care skills
- Must be friendly and professional with excellent communication skills
