Our client, a well-established leading hotel group operating multiple properties on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, is seeking experienced Front Office Managers to lead front office operations across selected hotels.
This role is suited to a confident hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering consistently high guest service standards in a busy hotel environment.
Description
The Front Office Manager will be responsible for the overall management of reception, guest services, reservations coordination, and front office teams. You will ensure smooth daily operations, effective staff scheduling, and compliance with brand standards and operational procedures.
Key responsibilities include managing guest arrivals and departures, handling escalated guest concerns, overseeing cash-ups and reports, and working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments.
You will play a critical role in driving guest satisfaction, staff performance, and operational efficiency. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting and leads by example.
