As the first point of contact for guests and the central hub for on-site coordination, the Front Office Manager will play a key role in shaping the overall guest experience while ensuring that all reception operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with the lodge's elevated standards. Responsibilities Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or senior front office role in a lodge or boutique hotel environment. Strong knowledge of property management and reservation systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and guest relations skills. High attention to detail with strong administrative and organisational ability. A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences Leading the front office team and ensuring warm, efficient, and professional guest service. Overseeing all reception operations - check-ins, check-outs, billing, guest communication, and special requests. Coordinating guest arrivals, departures, and activity scheduling while working closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and Activities. Preparing the daily daysheet and contributing to morning operational meetings. Acting as the on-site liaison for off-site departments such as Reservations, Accounts, Stock Control, and HR.
