Role Overview
We are mapping experienced Front Office Managers who can take full responsibility for the supervision, performance, and administration of the Front Office function. This includes Guest Services, Reservations, Guest Relations, and the overall operational standards of the department.
Successful candidates demonstrate a commitment to service excellence, operational discipline, and a leadership style that builds strong, motivated teams.
Minimum Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Matric
Hospitality Management Qualification
2-3 years' experience in a Front Office Management role
5+ years' total Front Office experience
Experience with an HMS system (Protel advantageous)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Confident leadership with effective delegation skills
Clear, professional communication with staff and guests
High integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness
Exceptional attention to detail
