What You'll Do:
Oversee all front of house operations, maintaining exceptional presentation and compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.
Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, managing rosters and performance.
Deliver outstanding guest experiences, handling feedback and building relationships with guests and corporate clients.
Manage MICE events, restaurant bookings, and special events, upselling accommodation and services to boost revenue.
Drive profitability through smart cost control, sales analysis, and revenue-generating strategies.
Collaborate with the Head Chef, events, and accommodation teams for seamless operations.
What You Bring:
3-5 years' experience in front of house management in premium or high-volume hospitality.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive commercial success.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in POS and booking management software.
Desirable: Multi-venue experience, wine and beverage knowledge, hospitality qualification, or tourism sector background.
