What You'll Be Responsible For
Overseeing daily restaurant operations with precision and care Organizing and supervising shifts to ensure smooth service Responding promptly and professionally to customer compliments and complaints Managing a dedicated portfolio and driving performance Training staff in customer service excellence and operational standards Maintaining our ethos and high service standards Going above and beyond to create memorable guest experiences
Who You Are
Super friendly, enthusiastic, and professional A natural leader with strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated and solution-oriented Passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
Flexible availability, including early mornings and evenings as well as weekends and public holidays
Willingness to cover shifts when needed
