Texas American is on the hunt for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused
Front of House Manager
to lead our team and deliver an unforgettable dining experience for every guest who walks through our doors.What You'll Do:
Lead, train, and motivate the front of house team to deliver top-tier service.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and ensure satisfaction at all times.
Manage reservations, table rotations, and service flow efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to uphold our brand standards.
Oversee cash-ups, stock levels, and assist with scheduling and performance management.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial FOH role (restaurant or hospitality)- 3 years or more
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for great food, service, and teamwork.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Professional, reliable, and customer-driven attitude.
