Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
Acting as lodge hostess and primary guest liaison throughout stays
Coordinating guest activities and extras
Managing and supervising housekeeping and laundry operations
Conducting room checks and maintaining lodge standards
Stock control and stock takes in collaboration with the Executive Chef
Managing lodge merchandise sales and guest gratuities
Hosting evening duty on a rotational basis
General camp oversight and operational checks
The ideal candidate will be:
Experienced in Front of House or lodge management
Confident, personable, and guest-focused
Highly organised with strong administrative and Excel skills
Honest, numerate, and detail-driven
Calm, professional, and effective in staff management
