Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
As Front of House Manager, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including:
Coordinating daily
Front of House operations
Overseeing and ensuringopening & closing procedures
are followed correctly Managing the FOH floor during service to ensure seamless guest flow Assisting withFOH staff management
and performance support Deliveringsuperior service
to maximize customer satisfaction Assisting with receiving and checking deliveries when required Ensuring FOH staff consistently maintain aprofessional appearance and conduct
Training and developing both new and current staff incustomer service excellence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R18000,00 - R30000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
