Job Description

The Front of House Manager will oversee daily service operations, staff management, and guest relations. This role calls for a confident, service-driven individual who can inspire a team, handle busy service periods, and maintain the highest hospitality standards.



Key Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations.



Ensure exceptional guest service and handle feedback.



Train, mentor, and motivate service staff.



Manage reservations, seating plans, and shift schedules.



Conduct cash-ups and ensure accurate reporting.



Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service.



Salary:

R15 000 - R17 000 per month



Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a FOH or restaurant management role.



Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.



Experience with POS systems and administrative duties.



Presentable, professional, and service-oriented.



Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
