Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and motivated

Front of House Manager

to oversee daily FOH operations, lead our service team, and ensure that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. The successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about people and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day FOH operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to maintain service excellence. Oversee reservations, guest queries, and customer feedback. Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service. Assist with staff scheduling, performance management, and development. Uphold operational standards and drive a positive team culture.

Requirements

Minimum of

2 years' experience

in a FOH management role within a busy restaurant environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure. Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail. Knowledge of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage.
