We are looking for a motivated and service-driven Front of House Manager to join our team. This role is central to creating an exceptional guest experience and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front-of-house operations.
Role Overview:
As the Front of House Manager, you will lead by example, guiding and supporting the team to deliver outstanding service while ensuring that every guest enjoys a welcoming and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
Ensure service standards are consistently maintained
Greet and interact with guests in a professional and engaging manner
Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and care
Monitor overall guest satisfaction and take proactive steps to enhance the experience
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Candidate Requirements:
Prior experience as a Front of House Manager or in a leadership role within hospitality
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
Reliable transport is essential
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
