Job Description
Job Summary Tucked deep within a pristine private reserve, this exclusive safari lodge offers an intimate and luxurious escape into the African wilderness. With just a handful of suites designed for privacy and comfort, guests are treated to elegant interiors, private viewing decks, and personalized service that feels both warm and refined.
Candidate Requirements:
- Administration, accounts and stock control.
- Quality control of food, food presentation and service and overseeing menus/chefs
- HR - being in charge of a small team of housekeepers
- Motivating staff and leading them.
- Minimum 2-4 years in Front of House in 4-5 star establishments
- Must have grade 12 and be computer literate
- Excellent sales & customer care skills
- Strong admin skills
- Knowledge of Stock control in bar, food & curios departments
- Have good organizational skills
- Drivers licence
- Knowledge in Innkeeper or other reservations management systems an advantage but not essential
