Job Description
Requirements:
Applicant MUST HAVE proven experience in a Front of House
Previous experience in hospitality, lodge, or restaurant industry will be highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
Professional appearance, friendly personality, and a positive attitude.
Ability to manage reservations, seating, and guest relations.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems will be an advantage.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Must be able to speak both Afrikaans and English. (Other languages would be an advantage)
