Location: Hazyview, Mpumalanga
Salary: R30,000 per couple
Package Includes:
All meals while on duty
Accommodation (spacious)
22 working days with 9 days off monthly

Overview:
A luxury 5-star lodge in the Hazyview area is seeking a dedicated and professional couple to join their team. This is a live-in role, ideal for a passionate pair with a strong background in hospitality and maintenance, looking to grow within a premier lodge environment.
Her Role Front of House (FOH):
Requirements:

• Minimum 34 years in a similar FOH or receptionist role at a luxury lodge
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills
• Fluent in Afrikaans & English
• Well-groomed, energetic, and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

His Role Handyman
Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency electrical and plumbing work
• Conduct inspections and mechanical maintenance as needed
• Handle general repairs to doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and roofs
• Assist with installation and upkeep of flooring, piping, and fixtures
• Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems
• Manage gardening, bush clearing, and outdoor maintenance
• Ensure trash and recycling areas are clean and orderly
• Support vehicle checks and minor fleet maintenance
• Liaise with lodge management to coordinate maintenance needs
• Ensure all tasks are completed with guest safety and comfort in mind

Requirements:

• 35 years experience as a Handyman, including electrical and plumbing duties
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Valid drivers licence
• Presentable appearance with sober habits
• Physically fit and active
• Strong professional work ethic and reliability

Ideal Couple Profile
We are seeking a dedicated, service-oriented couple for a live-in role at our luxury lodge. The ideal couple will bring a blend of hospitality passion, maintenance expertise, and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
No dependents (live-in position)
A maximum of two small dogs allowed on the premises
