Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and acknowledge all guests with warmth, kindness, and sincerity upon arrival and departure from the reception area.
Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing accurate information about the estate, its facilities, and available experiences.
Conduct estate tours for guests, ensuring an informative and enjoyable experience.
Operate the telephone and switchboard system efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Respond promptly to all incoming calls and provide professional assistance based on the nature of each inquiry.
