Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Prepare agendas and arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
