RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Responsibilities
Greet and attend to customers promptly and professionally
Telephone calls to be answered promptly
Achieve sales/GP target set out Monthly
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing and promotions
Keep records of pipelines and close rate
Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate
Invoicing orders and communicating clearly to customer/Rep with progress of order
Checking orders when handing stock over
The handling of telephonic queries and quotations that needs to be e-mailed
Always keeping a clean and tidy working environment
Follow up on back orders and co -ordinate stock with storeman for stock
Ensure CODs are paid before invoicing and releasing stock on COD accounts
Assist with monthly stock take
Any other tasks as set by Management
Monitor and Maintain KPIs
Follow Company policies and procedures
Carries out ad hoc duties to support departmental goals and business needs

Qualifications:
Grade 12/Matric
Valid Code 8 driver's license
