Job Description


Our client in the Hospitality industry is currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Consultant, in Cape Town

Responsibilities:

  • Training hoteliers in using their client services to their best advantage on all possible touchpoints.
  • Proactively calling hoteliers to convince them of the added value of their additional paid features.
  • Fun & productive collaboration with their other teams, specifically the French teammates.
  • Creating video & written content to teach their hoteliers all possible topics so they can use client services in the most self-sufficient way.
  • Responsible to ensure their French-speaking hoteliers that are using their client services with absolute happiness.
Requirements:
  • Speaks French on a native level.
  • Hotel (front-desk/reservations) experience.
  • Patient and empathetic towards others, but naturally able to lead a conversation, deal with emotions, and not afraid to upsell.
  • Motivated to work in a high technology, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, requiring strong prioritisation abilities.
  • Drive to revolutionise hoteliers worldwide.
  • Self-motivated & ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Team-player.
  • Organised and great eye for detail.
  • Affection for both international business & technology.
Remuneration:
  • Dependant on experience and qualifications.
