Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize French-language documents, emails, and correspondence
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics
Handle customer inquiries and provide support in French, both written and verbal
Translate documents and communications between French and English
Support general office operations, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
Collaborate with team members on administrative tasks and special projects
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
What We're Looking For:
Fluency in French (spoken and written) and a strong command of English
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
Previous administrative experience or coursework in office management (preferred but not required)
A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and professionalism in handling confidential matters
