As a Freight Controller, you will have a crucial role in managing and coordinating the movement of goods and cargoes for various clients. This includes coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. • Relevant degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Freight Controller or similar role in the shipping services industry
• Strong knowledge of freight and shipping operations, including import/export procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements
• Experience in using freight management systems and tracking tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure
