A world-class marketing agency in the US is looking for an A-Player Video Editor.

We're after someone who's technically solid, fast, self-managing, and solutions-focused -- a strong communicator who takes feedback well and knows how to take a brief and make it better. Basic graphic or motion design skills are a plus (nothing fancy, but 2D/3D skills will definitely be put to use).

The Role

As the Freelance Video Editor for Branch Bros, you will be responsible for:

Social media shorts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

: You will create YouTube shorts or social media reels that are about 1-2 minutes long each month.

Long-form YouTube videos

: You will make YouTube videos that'll be 10-15 minutes long each month.

Edit long-form and short-form

video content for YouTube and other digital platforms. Create light

graphics or motion design

elements as needed (e.g. titles, lower thirds, end cards). Perform basic

audio clean-up, mixing, and colour correction/grading.

Implement feedback

quickly and accurately. Stay organised with

file management, version control, and project handoffs.

Communicate clearly

with other editors and producers, and

manage your own deadlines

effectively.

The Person

1- 2+ years of experience in a

Video Editor

role. Familiarity with

digital marketing trends

. Experience in

Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

. Strong

storytelling skills

with a sense of pacing and audience engagement. Able to

optimise content

for multiple

social platforms

(aspect ratios, captions, hooks, etc.). Comfortable working with

brand guidelines

and maintaining a consistent visual style.
