About CF Commercial

CF Commercial is a London-based boutique property consultancy advising on high-profile regeneration projects across the UK. Our clients include developers, councils, and major mixed-use schemes in London's most exciting growth areas.

We are rolling out a next-generation AI tech stack to transform how we work -- and we need an experienced Tech & AI Specialist to join us on a freelance basis. This role is remote-friendly, with the chance to collaborate directly with our London team and gain exposure to international property and tech markets. Work will be delivered project-by-project on a zero-hours contract, with a monthly retainer for agreed deliverables.

Immediate Priority (Phase 1 Focus)

Clay Implementation (Lead Enrichment):

Enrich and clean 10,000+ contacts Segment by sector (council, developer, retail) and priority (high/medium/low) Integrate with

KATO CRM

Mailchimp

for summer outreach campaigns Build repeatable workflows and SOPs for VA team
