We are a leading international recruitment and immigration company helping candidates secure opportunities in Canada. We are expanding our network of freelance recruiters across Africa to source qualified candidates for various positions.

Role Overview:

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions. Your work will directly support our recruitment and immigration operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates across multiple African countries for various roles. Pre-screen and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and language skills. Maintain and update candidate records in our recruitment database. Coordinate with our internal team regarding candidate interviews and selection. Support the recruitment process for Canadian immigration programs (experience preferred). Utilize recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to attract candidates.

Requirements:

Must be based in Africa: Cameroon, Senegal, Cote d'Ivoire, South Africa. Fluency in

English

is mandatory;

French

is highly desirable. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in international hiring. Knowledge or experience with immigration to Canada is a strong advantage. Proficient in recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Forms, etc.). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently as a freelancer.
