Our specialists are unique safety experts on whom our clients in the food service and hospitality industry rely. We are looking for professionals to provide customized, comprehensive on-site evaluations and training to help our clients maintain the highest standards in food safety, cleanliness, guest experience and brand protection. These programs help our clients meet their expected quality standards through on-site evaluations and customized training programs.

What you will do:

Conduct food safety, brand standards and workplace health and safety evaluations at client locations Consult, coach and train clients on the latest food safety, health, and hygiene practices Work with account management teams to resolve client challenges Perform a budgeted number of audits weekly that ensures high customer satisfaction Access and leverage industry leading food safety practices and ongoing, active monitoring of health inspection information Provide accurate reporting and ensure effective customer communication and relationships

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Food safety certifications such as HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, or NEHA credentials (RS, REHS, or CP-FS) are highly valued Experience in retail food safety and conducting brand standards reviews Possession of a valid driver's license Proven teaching or coaching experience in a food-related field Excellent relationship management and advanced consulting skills. Strong planning, organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills Capable of performing well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines efficiently

This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis
