Eduvos is looking to employ an Academic Content Writer/Developer, with specialisation in Commerce within the subject areas of Strategic Management, and Business Management, to be based at any of our National Eduvos campuses.
Type of role:
Independent Contractor (Freelance)
Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a freelance Content Developer to design and develop the Strategic Management module at Master's level. The module equips students with advanced strategic thinking and leadership capabilities required in volatile and complex organisational environments.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualifications required:
Masters degree or higher in:

• Strategic Management
• Business Management
• Leadership
• Commerce or a related discipline

Minimum experience required:

• At least two to three years' experience of lecturing and / or developing study materials in the Higher Education sector.
• Experience in creating interactive content on a learner management system (LMS) (Moodle) is highly preferable.
• Experience in setting assessments on various NQF levels.
• Industry experience will be highly advantageous
• Publishing of academic journals will be advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategy formulation and execution

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
As an Academic Content Writer, you would be responsible for the following:

• Design learning content enabling students to:

• Conduct internal and external strategic analyses
• Craft coherent business strategies
• Implement, execute, and communicate strategic decisions
• Develop applied strategy case studies and projects
• Ensure alignment with NQF Level 9 complexity and depth
