Job Advert Summary
Eduvos is looking to employ an Academic Content Writer/Developer, with specialisation in Research within the subject areas of Business Management to be based at any of our National Eduvos campuses.
Type of role:
Independent Contractor (Freelance)
Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a suitably qualified academic to develop the structure, guidelines, and assessment framework for the Research Project (Mini Dissertation) module at Master's level.
This module culminates the qualification and requires students to independently conduct applied research within the field of business management.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualifications required:

• A Doctorate (PhD) in Business Management or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience supervising Master's research
• Strong understanding of postgraduate research standards

Minimum experience required:

• At least two to three years' experience of lecturing and / or developing study materials in the Higher Education sector.
• Experience in creating interactive content on a learner management system (LMS) (Moodle) is highly preferable.
• Experience in setting assessments on various NQF levels.
• Industry experience will be highly advantageous
• Publishing of academic journals will be advantageous.
• Proven experience in postgraduate research supervision or development

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
As an Academic Content Writer, you would be responsible for the following:

• Develop dissertation guidelines, templates, and assessment rubrics
• Design milestones aligned to the research process
• Ensure academic integrity and NQF Level 9 depth
• Align the module with Research Methodology outputs
