Eduvos is looking to employ an Academic Content Writer/Developer, with specialisation in Marketing within the subject areas of Entrepreneurship, Digital Marketing to be based at any of our National Eduvos campuses.
Type of role:
Independent Contractor (Freelance)
Purpose of the role:
We are seeking for a suitably qualified Academic Content Writer to develop a postgraduate diploma level module titled Entrepreneurship and Marketing in the Digital Age. The module explores entrepreneurship through a digital lens, focusing on digital business models, value propositions, funding mechanisms, and contemporary digital marketing practices.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualifications required:
Masters degree or higher in:

• Marketing
• Entrepreneurship

Minimum experience required:

• At least two to three years' experience of lecturing and / or developing study materials in the Higher Education sector.
• Experience in creating interactive content on a learner management system (LMS) (Moodle) is highly preferable.
• Experience in setting assessments on various NQF levels.
• Industry experience will be highly advantageous
• Publishing of academic journals will be advantageous.
• Experience in digital business models or marketing

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
As an Academic Content Writer, you would be responsible for the following:

• Develop NQF Level 8 learning content enabling students to:

• Analyse and compare digital business models
• Craft investor-ready business plans
• Evaluate digital marketing strategies
• Design applied assessments, including portfolios of evidence and research essays
• Develop African and international case studies
