Job Advert Summary
Eduvos is looking to employ an Academic Content Writer/Developer, with specialisation in Corporate Governance within the subject areas of Law, Business Ethics, and Commerce, to be based at any of our National Eduvos campuses.
Type of role:
Independent Contractor (Freelance)
Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is to develop a Master's-level Corporate Governance and Ethics module grounded in ethical leadership, stakeholder management, and governance principles, with specific reference to the King IV Report on Good Corporate Governance.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualifications required:
Masters degree or higher in:

• Corporate Governance
• Business Ethics
• Law
• Commerce or a related discipline

Minimum experience required:

• At least two to three years' experience of lecturing and / or developing study materials in the Higher Education sector.
• Experience in creating interactive content on a learner management system (LMS) (Moodle) is highly preferable.
• Experience in setting assessments on various NQF levels.
• Industry experience will be highly advantageous
• Publishing of academic journals will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of South African corporate governance frameworks

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
As an Academic Content Writer, you would be responsible for the following:

• Develop learning content enabling students to:

• Analyse ethical and governance challenges
• Apply King IV principles in organisational contexts
• Manage governance-related risks and compliance issues
• Develop applied governance case studies and ethical dilemmas
