  • Works with a team of Traffic Managers, Creative Strategist, Creation Directors, Designers, Copy writers, Ad Developers and Client servicing teams.
  • Works internally with all departments within the Creative Hub, and in-market teams and externally with clients.

The creative hub works closely with representatives and client owners from all over the network. Our delivery teams are spread across the globe; we have a mix of in-office and virtual teams.
Role Summary:
We are looking for an ACD to join our global creative team, working on a major international software and technology client. Reporting to the Global Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading an international team of remote art directors, multimedia designers, finalisers, working alongside senior copywriters. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and crafting creative campaigns and a high volume of assets for digital, social, and paid media platforms. You will be leading on client calls and responsible for your creative team's delivery. You will work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring the execution of high-quality creative that meet brand standards and performance goals. Attention to detail is critical, as you will help establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure a 99% accuracy rate across all content.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
  • Provide direction and mentorship to the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Facilitate regular feedback and performance reviews to promote professional growth and skill development within the team.
  • Encourage a client-centric approach in all creative endeavors, aligning team efforts with client expectations and brands' objectives.
  • Collaboration with Global Teams:
  • Work closely with global creative teams to ensure consistency and excellence across all projects and initiatives.
  • Share insights, creative ideas, and best practices with global counterparts to enhance collective output.
  • Participate in cross-regional projects, adapting strategies and approaches that reflect both local and global perspectives.
  • Client-Centric Creative Output:
  • Lead the development of innovative creative concepts that are tailored to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Develop a master paid media guideline based on existing brand guidelines.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and insights that inform the creative process, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Oversee, along with the Senior Copywriter, the localization and adaptation of content for multiple international markets and regions.
  • Oversee the quality of creative deliverables from your team, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines and strategic goals.
  • Implement and uphold quality assurance processes to ensure a 99% accuracy rate.
  • Tech & Innovation Upskilling:
  • Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising, and integrate them into the team's creative processes.
  • Initiate training programs and workshops to upskill the team on new tools, software, and creative methodologies.
  • Foster an innovative mindset within the team, encouraging experimentation and exploration of new creative avenues.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, preferably in an agency or similar environment.
  • Proven track record managing and leading design teams to success with client-centric projects.
  • Creative Skills:
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects, emphasizing innovation and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro,) and Figma.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline asset production at scale.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and specifications for platforms such as Google Display
  • Keen eye for detail, ensuring all final assets meet quality and brand standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deliverables efficiently.
  • Leadership and Communication:
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration across teams and with clients.
  • Strategic Thinking:
  • Ability to think strategically about creative solutions, aligning design objectives with client goals and market trends.
  • Experience in developing and implementing creative strategies that drive client success.
  • Innovation and Adaptability:
  • A strong interest in and aptitude for learning new technologies and industry trends.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Client Management:
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to present ideas effectively and communicate creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
