Opportunity for a Financial Analyst (6 month contract)
Are you a skilled finance professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for analysis? A leading JSE-listed property company is looking for a Finance Planning Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing finance team, gain exposure to complex financial modelling, and support strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment.
Duties:
- Conduct detailed variance analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
- Build and maintain financial models
- Financial reporting
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Preparation of board committee packs
- Provide insights and recommendations to support management reporting
- BCom Honours in Finance, Accounting or related field (essential)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong skills in financial modelling and variance analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
