Position: Foundry Supervisor
Location: Epping, Cape Town
We are looking for a results-driven
Foundry Supervisor
to join our team in Epping. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily foundry operations, ensuring that production targets are met while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.What You'll Do:
Supervise melting, moulding, pouring, and finishing operations. Ensure production schedules are achieved on time and within budget. Drive SHEQ compliance and enforce safety standards. Manage, train, and discipline staff in line with company policies and MEIBC agreements. Improve productivity, reduce scrap, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Grade 12 (essential), technical qualification in Foundry/Metallurgy (advantageous). 5+ years' foundry experience, with at least 2 years in supervision. Strong knowledge of foundry processes, safety standards, and MEIBC regulations. Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
