About the Role:
We are looking for a hardworking and safety-conscious
Foundry Operator
to join our production team. The role involves operating foundry machinery and equipment to produce castings to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, heavy-duty environment.Key Responsibilities:
Operate furnaces, moulds, and pouring equipment. Handle molten metal and pour into moulds accurately. Inspect castings and perform finishing work (grinding, cleaning). Follow all health and safety procedures. Work as part of a team to achieve production targets.
What We're Looking For:
Previous foundry or heavy industry experience (preferred). Physically fit and able to work in hot, heavy environments. Willing to work shifts, overtime, and weekends when required. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Matric / equivalent qualification.
