THE REALITY OF THIS ROLE
SAHSN is appointing a
Founding Campus Principal (Teacher-Entrepreneur)
to work
closely and daily with the Founder
to:
Build enrolments aggressively to a mnimum of 50+ homeschool learners
Achieve financial viability and profitability
Lead academic quality assurance and compliance
Take ownership of operational challenges and resolve them
Drive growth, conversion, and execution -- not commentary
This role requires
initiative, resilience, responsiveness, decisiveness, and personal accountability

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

BEd or equivalent (Postgraduate qualification strongly preferred)
SACE registered
An entrepreneurship or Business qualification is advantageous, but not essential
Prior homeschool expereince advantageous, but not essential
Proven teaching and leadership experience
Demonstrated entrepreneurial or business exposure (qualification or real-world experience)
Confident parent engagement and enrolment conversion ability
Resident within the Helderberg region
Available immediately
Own reliable car, laptop, and cellphone
Willing and able to work flexible hours, including:
Weekends
Public holidays
After-hours parent engagement when required
Comfortable working in a
our responsibility
Contribute directly to enrolment growth and revenue
Think in terms of solutions, execution, and outcomes
Step in and act when something is not working
Take responsibility instead of escalating problems upward

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive and convert homeschool enrolments ethically and consistently
Lead academic delivery and quality assurance
Oversee daily campus operations
Engage parents professionally and confidently
Build discipline, systems, and structure
Work closely with the Founder on growth and execution
REMUNERATION
Basic salary:
R20,000 per month, and can go up to R30,000 per month instantly on delivery
Strong performers will earn significantly more
