Implementing the Cambridge Curriculum according to the school's Curriculum Implementation Policy and agreed standards.
Developing lesson plans in the relevant subject area and grade, and ensuring all lessons align with curriculum objectives.
Preparing students for unit tests, assessments, presentations, progression tests and exams.
Be willing to train and implement staff developmental programs.
Providing continuous learner support.
Implement effective and successful classroom management strategies using varied teaching styles, differentiation, active learning principles, and positive discipline methodologies.
Organisational proficiency in implementing, delivering and tracking coursework and assignments.
Initiating and participating in students' outdoor learning programs.
Executing administration duties associated with classroom management and assessments.
