.What You'll Be Doing:
Keeping clients updated with accurate shipment statuses. Engaging with shipping lines and airlines for real-time updates. Processing orders swiftly and accurately. Coordinating with international offices on shipment progress, vessel details, buy/sell rates & documentation. Managing documentation for customs clearance and handovers to internal teams. Preventing unnecessary charges by monitoring stopped containers. Sending timely status reports to clients. Interfacing with accounts and depots as needed.
What We're Looking For:
8+ years' experience
in Freight Forwarding (Sea & Air). Deep understanding ofIncoTerms, tariffs, and logistics documentation
. Excellent communication & multitasking skills. Proactive, solution-oriented, and a strong team player. Matric essential.Call us:
